The CEO was handling sales outreach alone. Leads were falling through the cracks, follow-ups were inconsistent, and there was no system to track where prospects were in the pipeline.
Set up HubSpot as the single source of truth for all leads. Built automated outreach sequences in Apollo and Zapier, created a structured pipeline view with clear stages, and designed an onboarding SOP that turned new clients from signed to active in half the usual time.
No documented processes. No centralized task tracking. Every decision went through the founder. Onboarding took weeks, and nothing was repeatable. The team was productive in spite of the systems, not because of them.
Built a full operations library in Notion covering every recurring process. Set up ClickUp with structured workflows, ownership assignments, and deadline tracking. Created checklists that turned complex multi-step tasks into repeatable plays. Trained the team on the new system and made sure it stuck.
60+ daily inquiries with no triage system. Complaints were rising, response times were inconsistent across shifts, and CSAT scores were unpredictable. New hires took too long to get productive.
Built performance tracking dashboards in Excel and Slack so every team member could see their own metrics in real time. Designed a priority triage system that routed urgent issues to the right person immediately. Trained and mentored new hires, standardizing the process so quality stayed consistent regardless of who was on shift.
I wanted a free, offline-first water intake tracker with no ads. No existing app matched what I wanted - a beautiful interface, dark/light mode, interactive progress ring, and a real Android home screen widget. So he built one himself using Flutter.
Designed and developed RainDrop from scratch using Flutter and Dart. Built the entire app architecture: Hive for local storage, Riverpod for state management, fl_chart for monthly hydration charts, and Material Design 3 with ocean-blue theming. Implemented an animated progress ring for daily tracking, quick-add buttons (250ml/500ml/1L/custom), dark mode toggle, daily notification reminders, and a first-launch onboarding flow. The Android home screen widget updates live with current intake.
